The Al Madina Kareem hotel in Medina is a great choice for families. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The hotel's location is perfect - just a short 5 to 7-minute walk to the nearby ladies gate at haram. The staff - especially Mr. Atiq and Mr. Abdulaziz - were friendly and provided excellent service.

I stayed at a hotel near the mosque and got great value for my money. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the mosque, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Worst service, asked for non smoking but given smoking room. No room service. They cancelled my reservation when I arrived two hours after check-in time. Very rude people. Never stay in this hotel. No respect for guest, no cooperation at all.

I recently stayed at Al Madina Kareem for a few days and it was a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the mosque, making it easy to visit for prayers. The staff at the hotel is excellent, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered was delicious, especially during Ramadan with their exceptional Iftar options. The hotel also has a range of good restaurants nearby, making dining hassle-free. Al Madina Kareem is definitely my top choice for accommodation in this city.

The Al Madina Kareem hotel in Medina is conveniently located near the mosque - making it perfect for those who want to be close to the action without breaking the bank. It may not be in the inner circle of the mosque - but it's right next to an underground pedestrian gangway - ensuring easy access. The cleanliness could use some improvement - but the breakfast was good.

During my recent stay at Al Madina Kareem, I was truly impressed with the exceptional service provided. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasing and satisfactory. There were always two large lifts available, making it convenient to navigate the hotel. Additionally, the choice of either iftaar or suhoor during Ramadan was a great perk, with a fair amount of options to enjoy. The air-conditioned underpass with escalators next to the hotel was definitely a plus, providing a safe and easy way to access Gate 26, which is near the entry for females to the Rawdah. I had an excellent experience and would not hesitate to return to Al Madina Kareem.

Location is not in the main ring of hotels in the centre meaning that parking is easier. So location is a plus, a 500m walk is nothing.

When we arrived the Teenager on the desk gave us a twin room although I had requested a double. Next he also didn't have the correct wifi password information. This spoiled our break as we needed the wifi. When I later complained to another member of staff he gave us the correct details. Al Madina Kareem Hotel, if you are reading this train your staff better.
